Days after he flew a aircraft by which DMK MP Dayanidhi Maran was a passenger and obtained a thumbs-up on social media, BJP MP Rajiv Pratap Rudy has piloted a flight which had a number of members of a Parliamentary Standing Committee, together with senior BJP leaders, amongst its passengers.
Mr Rudy, Saran MP and a business pilot who flies Airbus 320-321, has shared a video on his Twitter account by which he’s seen welcoming passengers by saying that it’s going to be a “special and unique flight”.

“In the history of Indian Parliament, possibly, this is going to happen for the first time when a Member of Parliament is going to fly the Standing Committee of Parliament on Tourism and Civil Aviation,” he added, as passengers clapped.
He went on to call among the Parliamentarians on board — the standing committee’s chairperson and TDP MP T G Venkatesh, Rajya Sabha MP and former Deputy CM of Bihar Sushil Kumar Modi, BJP MP and former Uttarakhand CM Tirath Singh Rawat and former Delhi BJP chief Manoj Tiwari.
Mr Rudy additionally says it’s a “very beautiful day in history”. He then launched his co-pilot and the cabin crew on obligation.
